At Camilla's Bridal, we want you to feel stunning on your special day. If your garment isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Place them securely in the original packaging along with your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Credit
Once our bridal specialists inspect the returned items, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
